Our Leadership

​Michael Odrich is a seasoned private equity executive with over three decades of experience in alternative investments and strategic leadership. As the Managing Partner and Founder of A&M Capital, he has been instrumental in shaping the firm's investment strategies and overseeing its diverse portfolio.​

Prior to establishing A&M Capital in 2009, Mr. Odrich served as a Managing Director and Global Head of the Private Equity business at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. In this role, he built and managed an alternative investment platform encompassing 38 different investment strategies across six asset classes, with $35 billion of capital under management. His leadership was pivotal in positioning Lehman Brothers as a significant player in the private equity landscape.​

At A&M Capital, Mr. Odrich continues to leverage his extensive experience to drive growth and value creation. He currently serves on the boards of several portfolio companies, including Med-Metrix, BrightPet Nutrition Group, GS Foods Group, PatientCare EMS Solutions, Talus Payments, INSPYR Solutions, MPLT Healthcare, and Morpheus Data Holdings. Additionally, he contributes to the broader investment community through his role on the Investment Committee for the Stanford University Department of Athletics DAPER Investment Fund.​

Mr. Odrich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and an MBA from Columbia University. His career reflects a consistent commitment to excellence in private equity and a strategic approach to investment management.​
