Our Milestones

2010

AUGUST

Med-Metrix Incorporated – Our operator-founders saw your RCM challenges firsthand. We knew there was a better way, so we built it, and named it Med-Metrix. 

AUGUST

Pharmatek Incorporated to help hospitals handle the many administrative requirements of free drug programs.

2011

MARCH

We acquired Healthware Concepts to bolster our decision support capabilities, contract management, and cost accounting.

NOVEMBER

1st Comprehensive Outsource – In our first outsource for a major health system, we drove a 9% improvement on net revenue of $347M in the first year.

2013

SEPTEMBER

Workflows 1st hospital go-live – We had three go-lives in the first 6 months that Workflow was commercially available.

2015

MARCH

We added Physician Advisory to our repertoire.

2016

OCTOBER

We updated Med-Metrix brand and colors.

DECEMBER

We sold Pharmatek to become hyper-focused on RCM.

2017

OCTOBER

Medi-Centrix JV Incorporated – We expanded our offering to include a full outsource of a 2000+ physician group and announced the formation of Medi-Centrix to help physicians prepare for value-based care, improve clinical integration, and enhance their financial performance.

2021

SEPTEMBER

Med-Metrix + A&M Capital Partners – We partnered to support the mission of further developing the best end-to-end RCM company in the industry.

SEPTEMBER

Miller & Milone, LLC, a leading provider of healthcare denial management and other RCM related services, joined Med-Metrix, adding groundbreaking Denial Management technology to our suite.

2022

APRIL

We acquired ARMCO Partners, a leading provider of high-quality coding and forensic medical billing services, to further enhance Med-Metrix's end-to-end suite of RCM software and service capabilities.

MAY

We acquired PatientPal to expand our front-end, patient intake technology and service capabilities, including patient scheduling, price estimation, eligibility verification, prior authorization, and payment solutions.

2023

APRIL

We rebranded to streamline all acquired brands under the new, optimized and modernized Med-Metrix brand.
