Our Leadership

Lucas Rogers is a Partner at Harvest Partners and a member of the firm’s private equity investment team. He joined Harvest in 2018 and brings experience supporting growth‑oriented middle‑market businesses through strategic investment and active partnership with management teams.

Prior to joining Harvest, Mr. Rogers worked at Oak Hill Advisors, where he focused on distressed debt and special situations investments. He previously held roles at H.I.G. Capital and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, gaining experience across private equity and investment banking. 

Mr. Rogers holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a Master of Science from George Washington University, and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
