Our Leadership

Stephen Carlson is President, Private Equity at Harvest Partners, where he is a senior member of the firm’s private equity investment team. He joined Harvest in 2010 and brings extensive experience partnering with management teams to support strategic growth, operational improvement, and long‑term value creation.

Prior to joining Harvest, Mr. Carlson worked at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners and Brockway Moran & Partners, where he focused on leveraged buyout transactions. He began his career as an analyst in the Corporate and Leveraged Finance group at CIBC World Markets, advising private equity clients on capital structure and transaction execution.

Mr. Carlson holds a Bachelor of Science from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
